Here's what to expect once you hit "place order."

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order and pre-order items show an estimated ship or pickup date on the product page.

Shipping We currently ship within the United States via standard carrier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Local Pickup Select items — including farmstand goods like Farm Fresh Eggs and The Petite Farm Box — are available for local pickup in the Upstate New York area. Pickup details and timing are sent by email after you order.

Delays Weather, carrier delays, and high-volume periods (hi, launch week) can occasionally push timelines. We'll keep you posted if anything changes.
