Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Returns & Exchanges We accept returns on unworn, unused apparel and home goods within 14 days of delivery, in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Email hello@theregattaview.com with your order number to start a return.

Non-Returnable Items Perishable goods (farm eggs, produce, and other Petite Farm Box items), pre-order items, gift cards, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right.

Refunds Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
